Film & Transfer Specifications
  • Ink Tech: Commercial-grade DTF (Direct-to-Film) ink for high stretchability and zero cracking.

  • Finish: Matte-finish film for a professional, non-plastic look.

  • Durability: Rated for 50+ wash cycles without fading or peeling (when applied correctly).

  • “Soft Hand-Feel”: DTF is famous for feeling more like screen printing than “stiff” vinyl.

  • “No Weed/No Cut”: Remind them that they don’t have to do any manual labor—the film is ready to press straight out of the box.

  • Heat Press Temp: 275°F  ($135°C).

  • Time: 30 Seconds.

  • Pressure: Medium-Firm.

  • Peel Type: Cool Peel – Wait till it cools.

  • Pro Tip: After peeling the film, press the garment again for 15 to 20 seconds with a Teflon sheet. This ‘sets’ the ink into the fibers and gives it that professional, retail-ready texture.
  • Fabrics: Works on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, and even Nylon or Spandex.

  • Colors: High-opacity white ink backing allows these to pop on dark or black garments.

  • Resolution: 300 DPI preferred.

  • Format: Transparent PNG or Vector (PDF/SVG).

  • Backgrounds: Must be transparent (no white boxes around the logo!)
