1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Customized Products:

  • Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable: All customized products (e.g., personalized t-shirts, laser-engraved items, sublimation items, or made-to-order prints) cannot be refunded or returned. These items are made specifically for you, and we cannot resell them.
  • Reason: Customization is a unique process that requires time, materials, and labor. Once an order is placed, it is considered final unless the product is defective or damaged.
 

Standard Products:

  • Eligible for Returns: If you purchase non-customized, standard products (e.g., generic t-shirts, blank apparel, or items not personalized), you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
 

2. Return Window

  • Customized Products: No returns or refunds are accepted for customized items.
  • Standard Products:
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • Items must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
    • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
 

3. Refund Process

  • Customized Products: No refunds are issued for customized items.
  • Standard Products:
    • If you request a refund, we will process it within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.
 

4. Exchange Process

  • Customized Products: No exchanges are allowed for customized items.
  • Standard Products:

    • Exchanges are subject to the same return window and condition requirements as refunds and a case by case basis.
 

5. Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If your item is damaged or defective due to our manufacturing process, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us immediately to report the issue.
    • Please provide photos of the damaged item for verification.
    • If your item is damaged or another issue due to the shipping company, please contact them and inform us at thehumblebeeworkshop@gmail.com. For damaged items, please include pictures and we work with you on replacements.
     
  • Incorrect Item Shipped:
    • If you received the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
     
  • Wrong Size/Color:
    • If the item is incorrect in size or color, we may offer a refund or exchange, depending on availability.

6. Final Notes

  • No Refunds for Custom Orders: All customized products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their unique nature.

7. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
 & PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Customized Products: Due to the permanent nature of custom manufacturing, items that have been personalized, engraved, or custom-printed are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a structural defect in the product itself.

  • Customer-Provided Goods: While we take every precaution with your personal items, Humble Bee Workshop LLC is not liable for replacement or reimbursement should a machine malfunction, software error, or material failure occur during the customization of a customer-provided item. By submitting an item for customization, the customer accepts this inherent risk.

  • Right to Cancel: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
