Embroidery Specifications

  • Thread: High-sheen, 40-weight Polyester (Bleach resistant & fade-proof).

  • Backing: We use premium cut-away or tear-away stabilizer depending on the garment for zero “puckering.”

  • Wash Instructions: Machine wash cold, inside out. Hang dry preferred to keep the stitching crisp.

  • The “Puff” Factor: 3D Foam options available for hats upon request!
